RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We always aim to exceed our customer's expectations with our products and we hope that you love your Karoobi purchase. Given the exclusivity of each piece, we will only accept returns if the purchase is in immaculate condition upon return. A thorough quality check will be carried out when we receive your item and a refund will be issued to your original payment method accordingly.
If you would like to return an item please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Email our info@karoobi.co.uk within 10 days of your delivery arriving notifying us of your return.
STEP 2: We will confirm back to your email with the accurate returns address.
STEP 3: Wrap up and send your order back via tracked or signed for delivery to ensure the item is accountable for. Please take care when sending your items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we can not offer refunds or exchanges on missing parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to cover the cost of the return. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. All items must be retuned new, unused and with the Karoobi garment tags still attached. If the tags have been removed we CAN NOT offer a refund.
Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colours, sizing and fabrics. We aim to please.
We always package and ship our products with the utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been worn or damaged.
